A controllable disinfectant

Halamid® is a powder disinfectant with easy and accurate dosing. With some packing types we even supply a dosing pitcher or spoon indicating the amount of this powder disinfectant required for specific use concentrations. Feel free to ask us for a pitcher.

Nevertheless there may be a need for controlling the concentration of the disinfectant in solution which is easily done by way of measuring the active chlorine content (the active chlorine is the chlorine present in the Chloramine-T molecule, that is responsible for the disinfection by oxidation).

Different equipment is available for controlling the concentration of Halamid® in aqueous solutions. On request we will recommend the most suitable system for controlling the concentration of the disinfectant for your own application.
